This company is out to scam customers out of money. I booked some reservations through them for a hotel and some shows. A week before I was supposed to travel I lost my employment. So I kindly wrote them and explained my situation and asked for a refund. They told me they were going to charge a 35% cancellation fee, nowhere on there website does it tell you about cancellation fees if you needed to. So after 6 days I still haven’t received my refund and they keep telling me they processed the refund and it’s my bank’s fault why I haven’t gotten it. My bank tells me the company is still holding the fees.
