Ticketfly unauthorized credit card charges

I purchased two tickets from ticketfly on, 1/28/2019 for the "Kim Waters/ Gerald Veasly" show which took place at "South Restaurant & Jazz Café" on February 15, 2019, located at, 600 N. Broad Street, Phila. Pa. My confirmation e-mail read, "two tickets for the price of $76.22. At the door, which was confirmed via my bank statement indicated that I purchased (4) tickets as opposed to (2) tickets and I was subsequently charged for (4) tickets. My bank statement reads, two separate entries" DEBIT CARD PURCHASE*[protected], for $76.22. I need this rectified with a reimbursement of $76.22. I look forward to a prompt response in that I was unable to reach ticketfly by phone

Ticketfly customer service

I purchased tickets to an upcoming concert. A week before the show was to occur, the event that was advertised changed dramatically. I called customer support and after 45 minutes on hold, was told that no refund would be given because the event wasn't canceled.

I have never in my life experienced worse customer service. Ticketfly is more than happy to accept your money, but not willing to follow through on their advertised promise.

Never again.

Ticketfly annoying experience

I thought that ticket sites are created for easy booking without spending a long time.
This website is surely not the easiest one, it gave me a hard time.
I didn't expect that buying a ticket might take 4 days. What is it?
They constantly told me that they needed my address for booking, and I still don't understand why. I called to hear their opinion and they said absolutely nothing useful, only stupid questions that had nothing to do with my issue. Who really cares about my address if I simply want to go to the concert?

Ticketfly By far worst ticket distribution company

I used to think Ticketmaster was bad but after buying tickets through Ticketfly they make Ticketmaster look like a very customer friendly company. First complaint, if you are excited about a show and log in to buy tickets right when they go on sale beware they don't sell the best seats first like most ticket transactions. You may get some of the worst seats in the house and find a day or two or a week or two later there are much better seats available. This discourages buying tickets at the on sale time but then you run the risk of a good show being sold makes little sense. Second, if you buy a show in advance and later find you can't make the show you won't be able to sell your extras because they have software that encodes the ticket. This means you cannot get the file into a user friendly .pdf file format and that means you cannot list your tickets on Craigslist, Stubhub, or any other second hand reseller. You are just stuck eating the tickets which could be hundreds of dollars flushed down the toilet. I don't care how bad I want to see a show and I see several each month...I will not buy tickets again if they are sold through tickets fly. They are the worst.

Ticketfly Lost my money!

I used to buy tickets from Ticketfly a few times and never had any issues with them until now. I am very disappointed with Ticketfly and will never buy from them again. I've purchased two tickets via this service to a show and when we arrived at the place we were told that tickets were fake! I contacted Ticketfly right away and their customer service rep said he has to contact the venue first and promised to contact me back later. Two months already passed and they ignore me and I can't reach anyone from Ticketfly. Ticketfly is not to be trusted, they gave me nothing but trouble and they are nothing but scammers and cheaters! We missed the show and lost our money!

Ticketfly Events for shows

I ordered 3 tickets each for 11 shows at UPMC Legacy Theater, Pittsburgh PA, when you buy 5 or more shows you get a 50% discount. When the tickets arrived some of the tickets were at full price $39.00 instead of the 50% discount. I contacted Ticketfly to get the refund that was due. The only way that they would do it was for me to cancel and reorder the tickets. Then I was in danger of losing the prime seats to someone else. This has short of a nightmare, spending time on the phone which averages 22 minutes on hold. After repeated calls to Ticketfly I have given up. The price of the package including mailing fee and handling charges is well over $712.75. $78.75 ticket fees plus delivery fees. Order numbers [protected] and [protected], order date was 09/30/2016. I have file a complaint with UPMC and the Better Business Bureau, And this is not the first time this has happened to me the same thing happen when I ordered for the last year events. They seem not to care about consumers.

Ticketfly False advertising!

I wanted to make a surprise for my boyfriend and decided to order tickets to some concert. I knew that his favorite band was supposed to give a concert but they cancelled the entire tour. So I went online and decided to find something similar. While I was searching for some tickets I found out that there guys on Ticketfly were still selling tickets for a concert which was cancelled. I decided not to order anything from these guys because they are definitely scammers.

Ticketfly Seller scammed me and didn't contact me

I bought 5 tickets to the concert from the company I left my email address and phone number, when I placed the order. Money was taken within couple of hours from my card. I patiently waited and got nothing. No confirmation, no receipt as well as the seller hasn’t contacted me. I think that it is scam, but I have no idea how to get my money back. This sum was too large and I need it back ASAP.

Ticketfly They took hidden fees

I decide to warn other people about hidden fees, which take the company I ordered 3 tickets, which cost me about $50, but these ### took $15 for the each ticket. In total I paid $95 and almost half of this sum was completely for nothing. I tried to get any explanation from them, but these jerks didn’t provide any replies. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide nothing. Please post your comments about this company.

Ticketfly Tickets

I ordered tickets to the concert strange noise in spokane washington at the knitting factory from ticketfly online and never recieved them.. I had paid $97.00 for four tickets and when i called to ask why i never recieved them they told me that it spacifically said when i ordered them that i could not use a po box.. I never seen anything that said that and it excepted the address and said that they would be sent.. The guy i talked to said that he was gonna talk to his higher ups and get back to me and he never did.. This was about a week ago.. I notified them i would be reporting them to a fraud department and he never responded.. I still have not recieved my tickets and the concert was over on the week of the 13 i believe... I would like someone to look into this and maybe even get my 97 dollars back since i still have not recieved my tickets...

I purchased tickets for a concert on 4.21.17 and I have not received them to my email yet. Tried to call and I cannot get anyone to pick up phone...

Our records show that we attempted to contact you several times to get a valid address for your order, and there was no response. We tried both phone and email. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box and this is on the order page when you select your shipping method.
