Purchased a Oasis ticket in Jan 2025 for Edinburgh 12th August. Cost almost 500 euros. Day of the gig still no ticket! But don't worry they have a ticket guarantee (if available) replacement option! 8 hours I have been on the phone with them, 3 promised call backs, replacement tickets were going to be offered. Not an email not a call back NOTHING. After I dont know how many calls to them and also virtual chat all just repeating off a pre rehearsed script, I have a 16 year old son who was left high and dry whilst his mates all got entry! Absolute joke! So my question is this - how are these site allowed to operate in such a way that they are selling tickets that dont even exisit?
