VCA Animal Hospitals review: Misleading advertising for Pet Lodge Irving, TX

On Friday, Feb 18, 2022, I called to get my pet boarded, as the phone message when calling says VCA Animal Hospital and Pet Lodge. When I spoke to a receptionist I was told they no longer have pet boarding. I told the person this was false advertising, and was told she has no control over the message. I'm reporting to the BBB for false advertising.

Desired outcome: Update phone message to remove pet lodge.
