VCA Animal Hospitals review: Refused an antibiotic for a UTI

I am filing animal cruelty charges animal cruelty charged as I was repeatedly refused an antibiotic for a common UTI. 3 vets saw my dog and refused to prescribe it saying my dog was fine for months and ignoring labs with bacteria and a high ph and leaking urine while laying down asleep. They tried to kill her and intentionally give her kidney disease. They refused to give me the med they had in stock or refused to approve the order online. She had pain for months moaning everyday and they ignored her. When I complained and begged for the med I was told I had to pay $250 for a culture which I didn’t have. Later I was told she WAS diagnosed with a UTI by the manager and she could have been given the antibiotic months earlier. They said they had no idea what was wrong and though they have vet degrees they can’t diagnose! It’s a scam! They want your pet sick to get more money. Then if you complain they abused me verbally and emotionally gaslighting and hanging up blaming ME for them not providing a prescription! After being seen by 3 vets! DONT take your animal here they will kill them without apology and they will be proud of their care!
