Vasanth & Co Disrespect to customer in showroom

We went to your ullagaram, Chennai show room to purchase a refrigerator we reached showroom by 5.20 pm and for 10 mins we were not attended by sales person after repeated requests one person came and detailed us about LG, Godrej, samsung and whirlpool I was much interested in whirlpool but the salesman left us with behaving harshly with my wife then another person Mr. Selvam attended us forcing us to take samsung and to leave the showroom stating if we don't close within time we have to pay fine and he also give us due respect.
We paid the amount in card for samsung DC fridge RR22T383YR8/HL with delivery charges to be paid on delivery.
I came to your showroom on the request of my Father in law who is a long time customer to Vasanth & Co even he was not given due respect when asked about demo after deliver.
We highly condemn the behaviour of your salesman if apology is not rendered before delivery we will be cancelling our purchase without taking delivery.

Vasanth & Co Voltas inverter ac - 183v czt3 (r32)

HI,
I ordered Voltas Inverter AC - 183V CZT3 (R32) from solinganallur branch on Mar 21, 2020 (Saturday). At the time of order, they said stock is available in trichy office and we will get the AC in a weeks time. From Mar 22, 2020 lockdown for Covid19 started and all shops were closed. I didnot call the sholinganallur office regarding my delivery status. Once the store reopened in the month of May 2020, I called the office to get the status of my AC delivery. They said there is no stock and not sure when will they get it from voltas. Until I called the branch, no one called me to update the status. I would like to know when will I get the AC or I would need to cancel my order and get the refund.

Since I was not able to handle it over phone, I went to the brach on 5/16 and spoke to the store manager. After talking to the manager I got to know there is stop in vellore branch, but no one bothered to tell me or get me that until I went to the branch and shouted at them. They promised me to get the AC in 2 days and till now I havent got it. I called the person who promised me and I get the same answer again. "I shall check and get back to you".

Finally after so many emails and follow up, I got my AC unit. Now I am in phase 2 doing the same to get them arrange for installation. Its been 6 days now and waiting for installation.

As a customer I am really really fed up with the service. I would like to get this fixed. I am fed up follow up for the AC after paying the amount. Also no one is ready to answer a customer who has paid the price for the product.

I bought ultra wet grinder gold in Tambaram branch Chennai on 10/12/2020.I used the grinder on the next day soaked rice is not at all grinding for idli batter and batter become too heat. I made complaint on the same day in vasanth and co branch thy said we will send u service man I followed them continuously he came after 4days.He saw the grinder and asking me did u place the stone properly, locked properly such a [censored] questions.Am I a fool to use simple grinder I shouted at him.He said when I grind the batter call me if there is any issues again I used the grinder for batter now it's tooo worst.No replacement also.New grinder bought for 6800rs.My money is wasted no use of the product.Very very worst shop I will never suggest to anyone else

Vasanth & Co non supplying of lg ac

Still not yet received the ordered LG aircondition which an advance payment of RS, 20000.00 made on 13.09.2019. No satisfaction with your services. And still we weren't received any information regarding that product we ordered.. they didn't we make a call or message about. If u have any issue regarding our ordered product please refund us.. make sure that when will we receive that

Vasanth & Co sony tv

Dear Vasanth & Co,

At 2018 i have purchased TV in kumbakonam Vasanth & CO Show room.
On Last 2 weeks before my TV was Error & Line mark in middle of the display .

So that i went to Kumbakonam - Mothilal street Vasanth & CO, Raised the Complaint they said - Service will be send to your home .

But still no body didnot came & 3 Times i have called this number [protected]) & Explained .

No Response

No Response .

Why those the peoples are doing this lazyness,

I am a regular customer for Vasanth & CO .,

I need support this issue,

Note : I am totally worried about this issue, .

Vasanth & Co lg refrigerator

Hi,
I went vasanth and co on last Saturday to buy a refrigerator. The sales person showed and we seen different size refrigerator but we received a smaller size refrigerator after purchase (which we don't like to buy it).
Contacted Manager and sales person and they told that they will not exchange it. Please have a look on this issue and advise on the same.

Vasanth & Co unethical behaviour

Delivery issues.
Unethical Behaviour
No proper response from front desk women employee
Manager Mr.Mahesh - no care for customer
workers Mr.Daison & Manikandan - poor working skills.
On 27th afternoon, I booked BOSCH fridge (347 lts) for which no fresh item is available in the shop.
Showroom workers conveyed they can arrange it by next day, if not next day morning hours.
But, till now, item not delivered.

Note: BOSCH factory & warehouse is in Chennai Sriperumbattur only.

This shows poor performance of the manager & the workers.
Manager not finding time to have a word with me.

When I called the front office number, that women employee shared me the delivery unit number, instead of manager contact number.
When I called that no. 8939818499 - 2 to 3 people picked the call and making comments on me vulgarly.

I even booked a complaint with their head office at Saidapet.

Most importantly, this is my first buy at Vasanth & Co - Such a worse experience I felt.

I never thought, i will experience such a bad experience I will face in one of the big chain of show rooms which is owned by a big shot.

Responsible person from the company should fix this unacceptable performance of this unit.

Vasanth & Co philips tv

The tv which we purchased from vasanth & co - philips brand has stopped working continuously. The 1st time, when issue occurred people from service team came and asked us money to replace the entire row of led light which had created the issue. But when we told them the tv is under warranty, they left without fixing it properly. We faced exactly the same issue by another week on october 7th 2018. On calling up service team, they didn't attend the call. We tried reaching vasanth & co and they replied that they have closed philips tv dealership.
Such an irresponsible attitude. We spent 60000rs for this 50inch tv and we are just seeing the blank screen.
Please don't buy any product from vasanth & co, lesson learnt!
Its just 1 km from my home and they didnt even bother to check the issue with us for the past 4 months.

Vasanth & Co slow and poor response to our complaint

We are the beloved customers of vasanth co for the past 15 years. starting from our first television all our home appliances are from vasanth co. In 2016, January we bought a Videocon 42 Inches TV from PADI branch with warranty period of 3 years. It went on repair before 6 months, we complained to vasanth co many times. No action has been taken for the past 6 months. This is our final complaint. Kindly consider it as important and respond immediately.

Vasanth & Co poor customer service and worst experience - delay in delivery of washing machine

Dear Sir,

Referring to our order which we placed on 26/10/2018 for Bosch washing machine - Front Load at you T.Nagar store, we want to hear when we may expect delivery, as the machine ordered is most urgently wanted and is still not delivered at our registered address. It was promised to be delivered in 2 days time and its more than a week now (2/11/2018), we are already put to considerable inconvenience with the long delay. We have contacted your executives, our sales man representative who assisted us and customer care service helpline numbers several times, they neither pick the call nor they make false promise and feed us with the wrong information in terms of product delivery

This is the WORSEST experience I'm having with Vasanth and Co.

Being a regular customer of yours, this is how I have been rewarded with at the end?

I want you to immediately look into this issue and sort it out as soon as possible, else we shall have to cancel the order, as we cannot wait any longer, and must obtain elsewhere.

Vasanth & Co refrigerator whirlpool

We have purchased fridge in 2012 and warranty is for 5 years, and soon after warranty now fridge is not working properly and we have called service centre also, they are telling to spend 6k more..if this is the solution why should we buy 3door fridge which is costlier and not worked properly even for 10 years.. need correct explanation asap we have not received proper answer while calling customer service centre

Vasanth & Co vasanth co promoter

regular customer in ur showroom, here Kumbakonam branch very worst behaviors of some persons... because, here happened only sales Samsung LG... Actually one promoter attend me that person properly show to me all brand... suddenly interrupt...LG Samsung promoters...fight to that person..and bad words to said in show room... those promoter.

I came to buy One brand in show room but those two PROMOTERs told me other all brands not show to me and give a advice other all brand waste...give me a quotation high rate all other brand ... I simply say ... please change that two persons... otherwise totally damaged name of Vasanth co... Kumbakonam branch... already my friend told me... Vasanth co rate high and only sale Samsung r lg otherwise...to referred outside...I say simply this is for LG and Samsung @co.

Just take action to this complaint...if not trust me...

Vasanth & Co bajaj finserv staff at prour branch

Dear sir,

I hold Bajaj Finserv EMI card [protected], and have purchased a Washing machine worth rs 35, 200, from Vasanth&Co, porur, chennai vide thier invoice [protected], dt 19/08/18.

For this purchase i have used my above Finserv EMI card for the whole inv. value for 10 months.

While signing forms for EMI, your service person Mr Sakthivel took some signatures for the EMI processing. But he had also taken an application signed for an ADD ON CARD in my wife name, without my knowledge or information. This is absolute breach of trust while we sign taking your staff into confidence.

I knew of this only when I received a sms today noon from you stating that an ADD on card is being issued. That too with blunder of spelling mistakes of my wife name mentioned as WISHALAJI JAWAHAR. I dont know from where he got this name which is incorrect.

I called him and the store staff and informed the same, for which he said that he will delete the card which was taken without informing me.

I DONOT WANT ANY ADDON CARD AND WOULD APPRECIATE STRICT ACTION ON THIS STAFF FOR VIOLATION OF TRUST.

Vasanth & Co refrigerator

Dear sir,
I am one of the customer for more than 21 years I think. We and our community buy all products from your show room. I have problem in refrigerator which we buy in your show room after15 months its started not working but warranty is for 1 year I know, your the technicians came and told compressor is problem.
Due to poor service they change compressor now telling your freezer to be replaced and not possible to rectify,
And your customer service is worst and supporting lg company this is really stupidity, we need to spend 20000 for every month for your benefits

Vasanth & Co different product delivered from what we have ordered

We have ordered a 4 star rated 192 liter capacity Samsung fridge, But what they have delivered is a 3 star rated fridge. And after received the product, we have called them and they are not willing to return the product back. They have charged for the high quality product and delivered a low quality one.

Vasanth & Co complaint regarding the sony tv repair

hello,
Sorry to say this that your Chengalpattu branch managers are so irresponsible.A complaint is filed for repairing Sony TV. Client no.[protected].The problem is TV is purchased during Aug after a month problem occurred in main board then they fixed it.Then during OCT the panel problem occurred and this is the third time the major problem arises. Please resolve the problem as soon as possible by taking necessary actions.

Vasanth & Co complaint about velachery branch

We purchased bosch washing machine worth Rs 35000, but delivery done after my visit to branch and they r only concentrated on sale they dont worry abt customer service, they provide washing machine cover and stand, but both r not suitable because we purchased 7kg washing machine, but both r 5kg, me only going oftenly to the shop n asking abt tat stand n cover not yet provided, so they r not bother after selling, by mistake i have purchased in vasanth n co, this s bad experience, am sorry to say hereafter i wont purchase in vasanth n co

Vasanth & Co hitachi a/c 1.5 ton defect product delivered - vasanth & co asaripallam branch, nagercoil

Dear Concern,

We have purchased hitachi split a/c 1.5 ton 24th April
2017 from vasanth & co Asaripallam branch, Nagercoil. The installation was completed on 26th april 2017. From the day A/C connected it is not cooling enough to room and keep on running without cut off.

As i am working in out of station, i moved to Bangalore with in 3 days of purchase. But my family used it for 15 days and we got around 4000 RS electricity bill. I could raise complaint immediately. But unfortunately i am not able to do it as i am in Bangalore location. Last 3 months we didn't use it.

Further to the problem identified we have raised complaint on 1st and 2nd of Oct 2017 to Hitachi service directly. A/c service technician visited and informed:

1) Gas leaked, so came to fix the leak and refill - on day 1 (On Oct 3'rd)
2) Gas is leaking and not able to identify leakage place. So removed both indoor and out door unit and keep it in outside to take it to their service office - day 2 (On Oct 4'th)
3) No one come and collect A/C till now which removed by Hitachi service team. Still it is in outside of our house where they keep it. As they requested we are ready to pay Transport expense. But no luck and no response from Hitachi service head Nagercoil.

For all these communications no proper response from both Hitachi service and Vasanth & co dealer. I am trying to connect Asaripallam branch (Nagercoil) Manager for more than 5 hrs, every-time new person attend the call and fed up with explaining above details.

We purchased a/c and still we are suffering in hot and watching it in outside of our home when Hitachi service team come and collect which removed from our room.

Our money and time is not valued for both Vasanth & co and Hitachi.

We are highly disappointed with the Hitachi & Vasanth & co service.

We request you to replace the complete unit with new air conditioner without any complaints as soon as possible. We are ready to pay extra if needed.

Please help & suggest on this issue.

Hi,

Still i am having the issue in product with heavy noise on Outdoor unit after your service team raised Gas leakage fixed. I am really fed-up with hitachi and especially your service team (Nagercoil). We are able to hear outdoor unit noise (some fan sound) from room after your technicians leakage issue fixed.

They took my product to their service station and got it fixed after a week with lot of followups and calls and escalation to your manager.

I got a call from your customer support, I explained all above details without any action they have closed the ticket last time. Again i got a call today and i raised same issue. Nothing is going to happen.

Please don't buy a product from Vasanth & Co. Even Managers are not getting proper response from Hitachi service team. They simply reject calls from customer and Dealer too.

Please do the needful.

Vasanth & Co basic customer rights violation and false sales

Im sorry to share this, but I thought you should know about my bitter experience from Velachery Branch. I came to buy a wet grinder with options from popular brand and with higher budget. However, after so much of persuasion from your sales person on a specific brand I end up in buying it. When I reached home I heard a lot of negative feedbacks for that particular brand I bought and I also checked the review in internet and found it is one of the lowest rated brand. Within 24 hours I arrived to Velachery branch to replace with popular brand of higher price. Even I have not opened the sealing of the product. But your branch manager was very impolite and behaved unprofessionally, which is just the opposite of what I expected in the form of customer service. I outrightly told it is customers responsibility in buying the product and not just believe on what sales person says. His exact words "Our sales person can tell anything good about the product to push the sales, it is customers responsibility to go home check for reviews and feedback and come back to buy".

Now tell me sir, does that mean the customers should not trust Vasanth & Co and its sales person/manager. I had so much of reputation for Vasanth & Co, so I travelled 15 km to buy from Velachery despite a lot of show rooms around me.

Is it not a basic rights for a customer to exchange the product if it not unsealed (not asking for refund, willing to buy an expensive product). Even a small kirana shop do exchange the product.

Vasanth & Co hitachi a/c 1.2 ton failure within 5 days - vasanth & co padi branch

Eam,

We have purchased hitachi a/c split ridaa 3200f rsg314gad on 18th apr
2017 from vasanth & co padi branch. The installation was completed on
28th april 2017 after continuous follow up. We have used a/c for 3
Days. On 3rd may 2017 a/c was switched off and it is not working.

Further to the problem identified we have raised subsequent tickets on
4th and 6th may 2017. A/c service technician visited and informed:
1) gas finished, so came to refill - day1
2) gas is leaking and problem in tube - day 2
3) finally they said outdoor unit to be changes - day 3

For all these communications no proper charge sheet or summary is
Produced. Everything they shared orally.

Finally we frustrated with the service and continuous follow up with
The team. So we decided to replace a new a/c with same specification.
We have raised ticket on may 8, 2017 again for the same. We got a
Message through call that they are going to replace outdoor unit only.
We are highly disappointed with the hitachi & vasanth & co service due
To below reason:-
1. # problem identification & solution is not transparent to customer
2. # no follow up from dealer side
3. # major problem occurred in air conditioner with in very short span
Of time usage.
4. # non trusted quality of the product.

We request you to replace the complete unit with new air conditioner
Without any complaints as soon as possible.

Note:
Though we purchase a/c and paid money still we are suffering in hot
Summer, our money and time is not valued from your side.

I have bought a TV from Vasnth & CO 16th and till date the TV installation not happened. I have made enough calls and no response till date. I am totally unhappy with the type on support . Future I may not have interest in thinking of buying anything of your product. Hope my complaint will be addressed properly

Hi

I brought Washing machine from Vasanth & Co vellachery branch chennai on 05/03/2019.But they delivered the defect product om 60/03/2019. I have requested for replacement but they did not respond properly even after one week. Currently they are saying they dont have stack and they are not sure about when new stack will come.

I purchased Sony LED KLV 32R302E on 12 Apr 2017 bill no [protected] ur Sales rep and delivery staff Suresh [protected] promised to deliver on 13 Apr 2017 but still products not reached my home, I tried delivery number it not reachable. Kindly update the status or call me in [protected]

I have bought a faber chimney topaz 90 from Vasanth & CO on 09.10.2017 . defect product delivered I have made enough calls to 044 [protected], [protected] and no response till date. I am totally unhappy with the type on support . Future I may not have interest in thinking of buying anything of your product. Hope my complaint will be addressed properly

We bought Sony bravia from Vasanth n co Gandipuram Cbe after the salesman promising that they will come our home and collect our old TV in return and pay for it separately after seeing the TV in person. Hence we paid full amt by cash and took the product home by ourselves..it has been 3 weeks and they are fooling me whenever I call..
