I’m writing to formally complain about the extremely poor customer service I’ve received. Every time I call, your representatives don’t actually listen to what I’m saying. They talk over me, give generic scripted answers, and completely ignore the specific issue I’m trying to resolve. It’s frustrating and disrespectful.
On top of that, your mobile deposit limits are ridiculous. They’re far too low for anyone who actually uses their account regularly, and they make everyday banking unnecessarily difficult.
I expected better from a modern bank. If this doesn’t improve quickly, I will be closing my accounts and moving my money elsewhere.
