Varo Bank review: Just horrible my $250 just disappeared

These people claim that my card declined a refund deposit because my card was canceled for being lost and they told me that the money was reversed back to the merchant but the merchant claims that they have not received anything back yet and this was one week ago. I asked for proof but they will not provide me with proof that my money was declined and returned to the merchant. This is horrible like I do not have money to give away like that and I just moved into my new apoartment.
