Made this order on friday 03/22/2024 @ 11:54 pm. 287 hours, (18) days later have not been shipped. Still @ warehouse. Tracking number from Netherlands have not changed for 2 weeks. This must be a scam or got lost in warehouse.

Online site ordering
I placed a legitimate order however as I moved between the "enter birthdate" and "place order screen" my order was triplicated so I was immediately charged three times for the same order. I only want one order and there is no instant way of communication to stop the charges. Just email or live chat which is answered with "we will get back to you". Out of the 7 orders I have placed in 2023 only one has been problem free. They are going to loose a customer

Ordered item vapesesso lux max xr kit from these people on for a total of £31.97 on 25/06/23, item showing up on Royal Mail website on via tracking on 8/6/23, it’s now 8/07/23 still have not received item, have emailed this company on many occasions to try and resolve the problem, but they have blatantly refused to reply to any messages or emails to either refund or replace the order, customer service seems to be non existent.
Order number was [protected], tracking is still showing as of 8/07/23 as at Royal princess hub, the communication from vapesourcing is non existent

I got the wrong vape because it took me 3 tries to order it, I want to exchange my unopened vape for the right color. I cant get anyone to respond on email or chat. I ordered with sezzle. It took me 2 times and the second time io didnt l;ook at the color. I dont want this color. Either refund or exchange.
