$40 cash back Gas rebate was promised when I agreed to look at the info. When info was received gas rebate card was not enclosed, but I was told that I had to apply for the Gas rebate card online. When I attempted to access the site on line, the result was that there is no such website. When I called to advise them that the website could not be accessed, they told me to add: form.html instead of: /40form to the end of the logon site. The website was still not accessible. They advised that they would mail out the application but could not explain why I was unable to access the website.

I was horrified to learn that I had been scammed also. Of course, I did not find out until I tried to receive the gift cards. I got hooked in to Valueonline and another "service" because they promised $50 Walmart gift cards for just "trying them out". I had purchased undergarments from an infomercial and was asked about these other deals. Can we collectively report this company to the postal service, or some federal entity for fraud? My biggest concern is that I feel as though my credit card information has been compromised. Of course, I can cancel it but we need to shut them down..PERIOD. Any thoughts?

I logged onto my debit card today and saw a charge for $16.95, from WC Value Plus. I had no clue who this company was. I called the number listed and got the run around how I had signed up for a free trail, but I never signed up for anything. They couldn't tell me, what I had signed up for, or anything else, just that I had signed up for something. I wrote down everything that was said to me, and the Name of the person answering the phone. This is bogus...If I see anymore charges from them, I'm calling the BBB.

They keep on calling on my phone talking about value so I said that I would try it for the cash-back gas rebate and the Wal-Mart card but when I went for the site all I seen was the site of Complaint They charge a $1.00 one time then another $1.00 but I call them and canceled the enrollment for them to put my money back on my card. I think they should be jailed!

I was given a website address www.valueplusonline.com/open/form/40 to claim $40 in Cash-Back Gas Rebates as a bonus for signing up for Value Plus. The website DOES NOT EXIST! Called the 1-800 number to cancel my membership. The customer service rep did not seem to be surprised.

Beware!

I called as well and filed a complaint with the FDC for my situation here in Suffolk county, NY and was recommended to also file a complaint with my Attorney General for my state. If u call the FDC, they will give you the number for contacting your local Attorney general who will send you paperwork to return to help stop this kind of nonsense and somehow reimburse your troubles.

This is a TOTAL SCAM! I too agreed to look over their program and in return get a free $50 Walmart card. When I didn't recieve anything in the mail I called their customer service line to get an access code to look up their company, the rep said I could also download the form for the Walmart coupon. When I couldn't find it online and called back the rep, Nathan, gave me a site that opened up to links for pornography! Outraged I called back and another rep not in the least bit apologetic or concerned finally gave to a "manager" after demanding to speak to one and I canceled my order. This manager gave me a non existent site for the coupon and again didn't even apologize. Finally I called a 4th time to make sure that the cancellation confirmation number was in their system. He gave me a site for a $25 gift (not the $50) card application but the fine print said you were agreeing with terms and conditions that weren't even stated! SCAM! All reps were unprofessional, young and seemed to hold back from laughing. I'm going to have to cancel my credit card.

I have recevied their promotion for this service three times by phone. Each time I have decline their offer. Yet, instead I find myself being billed for services which I did not agree too, nor wanted. Trying to reach them by phone to clear this matter has been mute, as if the phone (company) does not exist.

They certainly seem to be scamming a lot of people. When I asked about the $1.00 charge, the first lady snidely said I obviously wasn't listening to her; it was about free gas, not a $1.00 charge. When the people who were "supposed" to answer my questions got on the phone, I was yelled at and hung up on. All because I probed for what this was really about. If you interrupt their happy little script, they don't like you very much. "Snake-oil salesmen" -- that is what they are.

I have a complaint also! I was told to access www.valueplusonline.com/open/form/10 and it was not available. This was for a 'Claim your $10 Cash-Back rebate Reward Today!' What kind of a place did I sign up for anyway? Makes me wonder.
