Buffett Senior Healthcare Marketing Scam for Agents as well as questionable tactics applied to Seniors - The CEO Richard P. Dale Jr, brags about his education being from the School of Hardnoks. However it appears the ones receiving the hard knocks is seniors, after all Mr. Dale was charged in 2004 according to order number 040796, with "Materially misrepresented terms and conditions of an insurance policy. Twisted and used high pressure tactics in marketing Medicare Supplemental Coverage to senior citizens." Today you are told to ignore objections, and taught to repeat a litany up to and in excess of 8 times, until you get their Medicare card. In regards to new agents the job postings fail to say you need $1, 000 up front, or the fact that they can pull your so called preset appointments at any time as well as your initial weekly stipend ! Then guess what, you are back to cold calling and just spent thousands for?
