Valiabiz

I met with the boss of Valiabiz, Christian B, in May . He said he has other services for small businesses to help with daily stuff. We talked on the phone a few times and then met in person. He told us about the service and gave us a contract. We said we would think about it and gave him our credit card info, which he said was needed. We didn't sign the contract. When we looked up Christian B online, we found out he had a business before that was a scam and was in the news. We also contacted businesses he said Valiabiz worked with, but they didn't know anything about Valiabiz. We told Christian we wouldn't sign the contract. Valiabiz's website and social media show other businesses and followers, but they don't respond or use it. On May 25, Valiabiz charged our company card $6502 without signing any contract. We can't find any business that works with Valiabiz, even though their website says they work with thousands of businesses. We don't know what service Valiabiz offers. Christian B said he would give us our money back, but we haven't gotten it yet. We're trying to get our money back legally, but we're also making this complaint to stop this from happening to other small businesses and to find out what Valiabiz really does.
