We are using this agent service from last 3 years and figured out that this company is all fraud and doing scam with people of other countries. I paid them in full for my filings but they gulped all my money without any filings and digested it all. Later after year we noticed that our LLC is not compliant, and the reason was no filings were done from last 2 years. When I contacted them, everytime they are looking into the accounts.

Jumpstart (jumpstartfilings.com) is a company that offers services to help with business registration and incorporation. However, my experience with them has not been great. When I tried to reach out to them for assistance, I found that they were not very responsive. Whenever I sent an email or tried talking to them through chat, I never received a clear answer. They seemed to be unclear on which method of communication was the best way to get in touch with them.

At first, I thought that maybe they were just busy. However, when I continued to experience the same problem, I realized that this was not just a one-time occurrence. It seemed like there was some sort of endless loop that I was stuck in. Whenever I tried to clarify my doubts by emailing them, they would tell me to contact them through chat. But when I tried contacting them through chat, they would tell me to send them an email. This was extremely frustrating, to say the least.

In my opinion, if you are someone who values good customer service, it is best that you avoid dealing with Jumpstart. Although they offer services that may seem appealing, the lack of clear communication channels and unresponsiveness can cause you more stress than you bargained for. Save yourself the trouble and look for other companies that are more reliable and responsive in their customer support.

Finally, after three long weeks of waiting, they said that the papers were available on my dashboard. However, when I checked a week later, there was nothing there. Now, I am starting to wonder whether the papers were ever processed or not. But it could just be me being paranoid.

Jumpstart needs to step up its game. In this day and age, a month is too long to wait for paperwork. Customers deserve their documents to be processed in a timely manner. Even if it were a little over the advertised time, allowing the waiting period to stretch this long is ridiculous.

I hope Jumpstart learns from this experience and improves their services. I would certainly not recommend them at the moment.

I gotta say, I signed up for Jumpstart's Plus option hoping to set up a good ol' US bank account. But what did I get? A big ol' disappointment. Jumpstartfilings came up short, tellin' me they couldn't offer the service because the bank account is actually handled by a third-party. I was pretty darn disappointed, since I already done forked over the cash for the Plus option in the first place.

Ain't that just fraudulent? Ain't that just ain't right? I reckon they should've made that clear up front, so's I could have made an informed decision before droppin' my hard-earned money on the Plus option.

But hey, it's not all bad, ya know? They did open up an LLC for me, and that went off without a hitch. I gotta give 'em some props for that. But it just ain't right, not makin' it clear that they can't promise to open a bank account fer ya. So if ya go with Jumpstartfilings, just make sure ya keep that in mind.

I ought to say that I applied for Jumpstart almost 8 months ago and it took them around 2 months to sort out my EIN. It seemed like a long time but maybe they are just dealing with a lot of applicants. After that, they told me there was just one more step. That was like half a year ago and it still says "In Progress" on my status. I hope it won't take too much longer.

Anyway, my concern is that they removed all the links to support and the live chat once I signed up. Like, what's up with that? They only liked to talk to me before I paid them and now I have to jump through hoops just to resolve something. It's totally frustrating. I hope they can improve their customer service.

I thought I was getting a good deal, so I made the payment and went to log in but couldn't get access. I tried contacting their customer service and had to go through some serious hardship in getting resolution on my issue.

Imagine paying Amazon over $400 for a product and then trying to contact customer service when it doesn't get serviced, and they say, "Sorry, you shouldn't have refreshed the page." Are you kidding me?

On top of all that, they have the audacity to spam my inbox with commercial emails trying to get me involved in their affiliate program. It's a total joke. The last thing I want to do is be associated with a business that doesn't value its customers.

In conclusion, stay away from Jumpstart Filings if you value your time and money. It's a scam, and you will regret wasting your money on this site like I did.

That right there cost me more money than I care to admit. And if that ain't enough, their customer service was so bad, it makes me cringe thinkin' about it. Even though they screwed everything up themselves, they didn't once give me any updates about what was going on. And there was even a time when they didn't bother to answer my messages. Can you believe that?

Overall, I reckon these folks at Jumpstart could do with a bit of learnin' when it comes to running a proper business. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone, not even my own dog.

So, I wanted to try out Jumpstart (jumpstartfilings.com) after hearing some buzz about their services. I placed my order on May 06 and I've got to say, I'm not a happy camper right now. It's been weeks and I still haven't received any kind of response from them. They claim that COVID-19 and the IRS are slowing things down, but come on, it's been more than three weeks now and I'm still waiting.

I provided them with my ITIN, which they promised would speed things up, but apparently not. In fact, it took them two whole weeks just to manually "file" my request after I reached out to them. Two weeks! That's a long time to just sit and twiddle your thumbs, if you know what I mean.

Now, they're telling me that it might be the end of the month before I get any updates. That's over two months of waiting after paying almost $300. Not cool!

What's even worse is that I found out that they had some bad reviews under a different URL before, and they changed it. That doesn't exactly inspire confidence in their services. And their site security is pretty sketchy too. I was able to see other people's company information just by changing the company number on the URL.

Honestly, I'm not sure if I can trust this company. Their responses to my requests for updates have all been cookie-cutter macros, and I'm starting to wonder if they really care about their clients at all.

I wanna give y'all my thoughts on Jumpstart and why I wouldn't be recommending them. Let me break it down for ya:

1. First off, I signed up for their pro plan, but it turned out to be a major fail. They straight up didn't fill out my company's Statement of Information for a whole year! And to top it off, they sent me an email talking about how I gotta pay a "Reinstatement fee" and an "Annual Franchise Tax" which don't even exist in Wyoming (where I'm based). I ended up paying $62 to file it myself online. These guys are trying to scam people outta their money.

2. Another thing is that all the people I talked to were located in the Philippines or India. I ain't got no beef with them, but when it comes to setting up a company and registered agent stuff, ya need people who are from the US and preferably from the state that you intend to incorporate in.

3. The Jumpstart website has got some issues, man. I did some research and found out that they haven't been updating it regularly. I even read a post on their Facebook page about a freelancer from UpWork who didn't get paid - that opens up a whole 'nother can of worms about their privacy and security.

4. Last but not least, their service is just a re-seller package. They get other vendors to do the grunt work while they slap a website on it all. But given all the other stuff I mentioned earlier, I ain't feelin' too confident about these guys.

Overall, I suggest ya look elsewhere for your company incorporation and registered agent needs. Don't get caught up in this mess.

Jumpstart is not a good company. I've worked with them in the past and they didn't keep any of their promises. They lied to me about my documents, which caused a lot of problems for me. I wouldn't recommend them if you want things to go smoothly. It's better to stay away from them and find a different company to work with.
