Jumpstart is not a good company. I've worked with them in the past and they didn't keep any of their promises. They lied to me about my documents, which caused a lot of problems for me. I wouldn't recommend them if you want things to go smoothly. It's better to stay away from them and find a different company to work with.

Jumpstartfilings is a Fraud Company
We are using this agent service from last 3 years and figured out that this company is all fraud and doing scam with people of other countries. I paid them in full for my filings but they gulped all my money without any filings and digested it all. Later after year we noticed that our LLC is not compliant, and the reason was no filings were done from last 2 years. When I contacted them, everytime they are looking into the accounts.
Recommendation: Never work with them, completely fraud company.
