Utz Quality Foods review: Quality of product

I am writing to utz to question the quality of a gift I received for the holidays The gift was a 44oz container of Pub Mix the stamp on the side read Feb17 2025, [protected],19:14. The entire containers pretzels are all burnt and taste terrible. not sure if production caught this issue or did you change to a darker burned pretzel in the container. this is the first time I have seen this kind of condition to pretzels. could you please advise on this issue.
