Utz Quality Foods review: Bags of chips purchased contained at least 50% broken in small pieces and one of the large chips had a big black center.

I would like a refund or coupon of equal value to replace the bag I purchased. It is “No Salt Added” Original 7.75 oz bag; purchased in March 2025 from ShopRite in Belair, MD. UPC #4178027180. Freshness date July 14, 2025.

P.S. Your response when I attempted to send this the first time said that my message was too short and would not draw attention. Perhaps my complaint about this one bag seems insignificant
compared to the many other problems you have with bigger orders, but I assure you that as a consumer in this high-inflation economy — it matters! So far my experience with contacting your customer service has been a bit frustrating (may explain the 1.4 star rating?). Anyway, I would appreciate any help in this matter.
