The management team at Rose's in St. Paul, VA is constantly sitting outside the store. They talk about how much till they take in each day with customers. They are in the parking lot kissing (female kissing female) and hands all over each other. They are constantly cussing in the store and putting customers down. They are unwilling to help any customers.
Desired outcome: For a high up Human Resource Personnel to come investigate the store and try to make the changes needed to see the store succeed rather than go down hill.
