CVS - Pharmacy

I obtain my prescriptions at 221 East Hundred rd., Chester, VA for months they have not been answering the phone for patients stating they are short staffed. This started at this location once pharmacists were asked to also give COVID vaccines. I have repeatedly attempted to provide my new insurance information and can not get anyone on the line. So now I have to go down to the location a second time to provide the card when I additionally am supposed to be working on doing a prior auth for my steroid inhaler, so that leaves me with not enough time for me to work on my prior auth today and I am a severe asthmatic. Not answering the phone also presents a real danger to the public as any person can have an allergic reaction to any substance and you should be able to contact the pharmacy to confirm you are having an allergic reaction.
Additionally this CVS provides delivery of all prescriptions to all of their patients but refuses to deliver to me because the post office lost one of my prescriptions. I have approx 8-10 prescriptions on file so then I have to run over to the pharmacy that many times a month which takes up an inordinate amount of my time and even worse even if they online system states what they have ready at this location, they never have the correct presciptions ready for me so then I have to run back and forth again.
You are the preferred pharmacy for my Aetna insurance but I feel that you should not have been provided that privilege considering that your pharmacy can not fulfil its patient services and obligations. I will also now file a complaint about this with Aetna as well as they need to know that your services are sorely lacking for the consumer. And not hiring enough staff during a pandemic is a poor excuse as there are thousands of qualified people looking for work.

Desired outcome: location needs to be answer phones, reinstatement of my delivery options

Why on earth would you even call the pharmacy for an anaphylaxis reaction? Jesus [censored]ing Christ. Ever heard of the ER?!?
