They do not have enough staff. I called in a refill several days ago with 4 pills left of my Synthroid. I went to pick it up twice but it was not ready yet. Then I thought "I will ask them to deliver it! They say that on their website so I asked for it to be delivered today, May 19th. No delivery so I went online and I saw that the delivery was canceled and no reason given. I tried to call them but no one answered the phone after 15 minutes. So I went to the CVS that I use and stood in line for 25 minutes. In the background I could hear"3 Pharmacy calls". When I finally got up to the window, they had not used any of my Medicare Plan D and I ended up paying over $66 when I usually get my Synthroid for $5.00. I asked them about it and they said"oh yes, that went through your insurance."I stated that they are not even answering their phones anymore and she said," yes we don't have to staff to answer phones". Needless to say, I am choosing a different pharmacy.
Desired outcome: I don't want to deal with CVS Pharmacy anymore.
