Although there were multiple missteps in the scheduling, communication and commitment to repair my computer, which I am happy to relay to the appropriate supervisors. The key unresolved complaint is the fact that the Best Buy Geek Squad has lost all of my data. This includes documents, files, and photos that were on the hard drive for approximately 6 years. So basically my entire life on one computer. They report that they copied it, backed it up and re-installed it and nothing is there. They are sympathetic and have "no idea" what could have happened.
My request for resolution is two fold; send the hard drive to experts that can recover all the data with resolution that my data is placed back on my computer and refund my Geek Squad membership.
I have been working with manager Keishia Symonette and she continues to make promises that she does not keep.
Desired outcome: Recover all data files and place them back on the computer and refund Geek Squad membership
