Save yourself, DO NOT get Geek Squad service, do not pay for it, don't even buy from Best Buy. Trying to get help with Geek Squad is the seventh circle of hell. The washing machine is less than 2 years old. This is the second time it's stopped working. But this time, the techs have been out here three times, it's been over a month, and they can't fix my machine. Geek Squad refuses to replace my machine. I can't speak to anyone on the phone who can help me, no one has the "authority" to help me. So why even pay for the service? No one on the phone even speaks English. What fresh hell is this? Beyond useless, save yourself, do NOT pay for this service. There isn't even anyone to escalate it to, can't call corporate, they just send you back to Geek Squad. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Claimed loss: Time, money, mental health.
Desired outcome: I want my machine repaired in less than a month, hell maybe the first time they've come out they can fix it, or issue me a replacement.
