The staff was incredible rude, a man about 5 4" 320lbs wearing glasses informed me I had to make an appointment to drop off my computer, I told him I had tried calling and there was no answer. He asked me if I would want to wait 40 minutes and I said no, he then asked me if I wanted to schedule an appoint for tomorrow, I turned and left, as I was leaving the staff member chose to make a scene and yell out "you could have said excuse me!" I will never use these rude people again, wont answer the phone, rude when you show up, what a joke, I remember when they used to help people.
Recommendation: everyone go somewhere else.
Mia at st louis screamed at me because I checked on her being in the bathroom for 20. texting, I told her she needed to get out, and she came out and went straight in the back and never returned. New computer. had to go back. The manager came out. he was very careful to commend me. very soft but very angry and he really wanted to yell at me. Public restroom! I came back the next night; I am a little off from a brain injury that confuses me and makes me irritable. So, I waited with a very nice female manager. I went to the employee and told her this and that I was sorry if I had offended me. She immediately started screaming very loud. I told her I had just apologized and I was done. I waked away and she was still screaming as I neared the door, I'm 70 and recuperating from very many broken bones. The entire store had stopped to listen to her yelling. even everyone at the register. I have written letters to Best Buy corporate and Geek Squad as well. Everyone gets fired for yelling at a customer no matter where you are. Anxious to hear back and they will reply
