I don't work conventional hours and the Geek Squad expects me to contact them during normal hours. It was a pain contacting them to repair my washing machine. And I don't think the repair guy did it properly. You barely touch the washing machine drum and it moves. And it drops over an inch weekend it's not even filled halfway with water. My warranty is about to end so who knows if they did this on purpose so I'd have to buy a new washer (if I do, I'm buying it from a competitor this time) or the technician was in a hurry that he didn't repair my machine correctly (I was upstairs but he left pretty fast, too fast to even test the machine out), or the replacement parts that were used were faulty. After my experience, I doubt I'll ever use best buy again, and to just think, all of our kitchen appliances are around 30 years old so getting close to the end of their lifespan. If best buy can't be bothered to make it simple to make an appt for a repair or to repair properly, they don't need my future business.
