On September 27, 2025, I called the Geek Squad for a dishwasher repair. I had an appointment scheduled for September 30. The technician did not show up. I called customer service and was told that my appointment was be rescheduled for Thursday, Oct 2. I then received a text stating my appointment was rescheduled for October 4. Again, the tec did not show up. After speaking with a supervisor (another hour) I received a text that the tech would arrive in 1.5 hours. An hour later I got a text that my appointment was cancelled and I need to reschedule. I was never informed that a tech would not show up then to cancel TWICE in the same week is unacceptable.
