CarMax

I bought a 2016 Rav 4. I paid for my vehicle tags and license plates, however I never received them and was brushed off by Carmax in Tyler Texas and then Carmax Corporate, which did absolutely nothing except tell me a story. that management left me messages stating that since it was lost in the mail, Carmax was unable to remedy the situation. Unless the message was left on somebody else's phone. No message was left on mine. I called the license plates and tags department and was told, carmax could get a replacement for $6.50. Carmax manager Brian Johnson said he wouldn't be allowed to purchase a replacement. Which is not a true statement. Mr. Johnson did not mail the plates with a tracking number and said Carmax mailed them. No proof either way. I want my license plates and tags.
