CarMax

We sold our 2008 Honda CRV to CarMax on 3/8/23. We took everything out of the car but forgot about our toll tag on the window. If haven’t used this car in a while so we forgot it was on there. We are both retired and only need one car so we decided to sell it to CarMax. It was a good experience except the wait to accept your offer. Your staff is understaffed and workers kept interrupting them.

Imagine my surprise when I get a notice to add money to our toll tag when we haven’t used it since 12/2022. A total of $6.72 was charged. CarMax gave us our license plate and inspection sticker back but not our toll sticker. The car has now been removed from our toll account.
