I am in San Antonio Texas, we went to Ashleys I-10 for my sons furniture while there a trusted "sleep geek" showed us new tempur pedic beds. We were shown the most expensive models of course and knowing very little about the bed we trusted his knowledge and experience. I know I should have done my research but it is there job to be as informative as possible. We were told the bed we bought had a "sleep guarantee" try for 90days if not happy exchange it for same model but hybrid and if still not happy then the most expensive model is the last option for us. After 32 days of horrible painful sleep we went in to exchange our mattress and choose the hybrid option, the "sleep geek" again recommended that we choose the hybrid first and try it for 90 days if not happy come back and choose last option which was a firm. He mentioned we have to go up in price we can not go down or we loose our money (which is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard) We decided to give it a try. The staff in customer service proceeds to tell us that we are only allowed 1 sleep guarantee. That is not what we were told and several times. It says no where in the policy or contract i received that Covid is the reason we only get one sleep guarantee. If we would have been told that perhaps we would not have purchased. When I asked the "Sleep geek" why he lied he had no answer. The 2 young ladies of staff in finance front desk and customer service were very unprofessional talking about us audibly. We had a bad experience since we stepped foot in that store with customer services, delivery delaying our order my son slept on floor for 3 weeks, and now these rules in regards to sleep guarantee. No where in the store or contract does it say 1 sleep guarantee.
We don't want a refund we want what was promised to us. If its a sleep guarantee your company is basically telling me you are GUARANTEEING my sleep! We haven't slept correctly and without pain in over a month
