I will never, ever, ever shop at Ashley HomeStore in Lubbock again. Don't even waste your time going to look at buying anything in there bc it will take 6 months to a year to get it - if you ever do. The management is even worse than the 6 months (so far) that it has taken to get a bed that we paid for in full already. The managers like when you bring your kids in and they can get them all excited about their bed that will be coming in September, October, then November, or December and now maybe, just maybe... February. If I hear the phrase, "unfortunately ma'am, we can't do anything about it"- I'm going to lose my mind. Calling corporate doesn't help either. They gave me another random date (January 5th) and now say they have no record of ever saying that. Yelp and Google reviews will receive a good chunk of my time today and I am happy to give it, after this experience. The female manager is the one who told us December 29th and now acts like she has no idea what I'm talking about. WE SHOULD RECEIVE A DISCOUNT OF SOME SORT BC OF THIS. This is a horribly run business with a horrible manufacturer, too.
