BioLife Plasma Services review: Ridiculous plasma center

Scheduled my appointment for 9:15 am and 1 hr later I finally got in line to get my vitals…..makes no sense to make an appointment and they use finger scan which works 30% of the time, otherwise you need to get staff to sign you into and out of all their processes. Staff isn’t proactive towards peeps with scheduled appointments so you’re on your own trying to navigate the failed check in process. This is the Vancouver WA office. Whoever is the CEO of BioLife should be fired and I have empathy for staff having to work for a company that doesn’t have their best interest in mind nor the donors!
