Went to this CVS on the 16th of January. We had two scripts that were "called in" by our Doctor. We expected them to go to this store. Two ladies asked for my name & birth date five or six times. Finally I gave them by Driver's License, so they could stop asking the same question over & over.
Finally they remarked "we can't find you in our system". I gave them the Extra Care card to scan. [protected], still not in system. I said we wanted two scripts that were called into a different store picked up at their store.
OK, that was a non starter as well. They said they could not do that under any circumstances.
We drove down to the next CVS on 1210 Charleston Hwy. Store #2248 and Roy helped us very quickly and filled the order. He mentioned he did not understand why we couldn't have picked up the scripts at the other store. It is easy to do.
