I checked in on 5-25-23 what was to be a reservation to the end of the year with my husband. There was a misunderstanding with how the payments were to be made. I was under the impression they were monthly but they were weekly. When we were no longer able to afford our stay we were given 1.5 hours to pack 7 months worth of belongings. That caused us to leave behind some kitchen appliances, a litter box and $100 worth of new food. I was lied to by the front desk about my $100 deposit being refunded to my card on the day of my check out 6/10. Guess relations confirmed that when I called. They also emailed me my folio where I saw I was charged for a $90.68 parking pass but we didn't have a vehicle. Guest relations a advised me my deposit was applied so a "bad debt" and I want getting refunded for the parking pass because Extended Stay has opted to no longer do business with me preventing me from any refunds and filing any compliments. I'm definitely taking legal action!
Desired outcome: Please refund me for the parking pass, the remainder of my deposit and my lost items and food.
