Tim Hortons - Customer service

On July 4 approx. 11:14 am. I waited in line for a good 40 minutes. I was very patient. Once getting to order window, (I use my app for 2 lg ice caps 2-$5), I ordered 2 lg ice caps, one of them extra light (or milk) for my daughter). always order it like this and get it. I also tried to order, a croissant, a muffin and a glazed donut. None of which the store had. No problem. I figured it was a sign for me not to have one. Anyway, got to the window and the guy with long hair (no covering) right away said this is the light one (definitely not light and I politely said). That's too dark, she won't drink it. Well, that's the best we can do he said. Oh before that, I pulled up my app with the 2-$5 offer, he proceeded to say that will be $9. something, I said well I also have my senior or military discount. He came back with well it's $9 something. Then I remembered, I said the app I have said 2 - $5. I went to show him the app and then it disappeared. He said well you must have already used it but it didn't come off the price. He then said are you in this line, just to give me a hard time and argue. I was shocked. He would fix anything. I left without either drink.

Desired outcome: I said nevermind, I don't want anything then and he said ok and I left.
