I use the Tim Hortons app I put an order through it said 40 minutes I waited for my water. It says it was delivered. It was never delivered. I called Tim Horton on 1700 Richmond Ave., and spoke to the manager the guy he automatically started yelling at me and saying that there’s no water here and I did not order. When I told him I did order, he kept yelling at me demanding that I tell him who I order through. I told him I ordered through the app and he said that I had to have ordered through Uber or DoorDash. I said I can provide a number of the order and the time and that I just want my donuts because I spent $33 on donuts and I didn’t get them. He screamed at me and was very rude at the top of his lungs saying that I’m not getting an order that I didn’t put through. I said I will go there and provide my receipt that I just want my order. He just kept continuing, screaming at me louder and louder and getting more rude as everybody stares at me because they can hear him over the phone never in my life have I had customer service as rude as that. Please handle the manager in 1700 Richmond Ave., Staten Island, NY he is very rude
