Mavis Discount Tire

Good Afternoon,

On Feb 19,2023 at noon I went to Mavis Discount in Monroe NY 17m for simple alignment. I have plain car 2007 cobalt only front wheel alignment Before the alignment my steering wheel was pretty straight and didn't have any issues. After the job was completed I drove home and realized my steering wheel was way off to the right gong straight down a straight road. So I called them about the issue and they told me to come back. They redid the alignment and while bringing car back I noticed the manager and tec talking quietly to each other. Me being an auto mechanic myself for 15 years knew this was a problem. Seems they coudnt get steering wheel straight even after second alignment. telling me my steering column worn out. Either their alignment machine was faulty or their was human error. One thing I did notice is that the shop has all young kids working. that tells me they cant keep experienced personal who might avoided this issue. I had gotten tires and alignment at Dolson Tires Middletown NY and car and steering wheel was straight as an arrow.
