I would like to file a formal complaint on one of your employee who was about to complete sale to me and asked for my phone number which I gave once. He repeated back a wrong number and asked again. I replied again and still he was not sure and asked for it again, and I said in a joking manner, if your going to ask a question you should listen to the customers answer with a smile and said I am just joking...

He said was talking to fast, but yet the other rep had no problem after

He said you what! And canceled the sale, turned off the register and said, you know what you can let the other guy help you and walked away and went to the back and his associate helped me no trouble.

I have spent over the past 9 years about $12,000 dollars in o'reilly parts from auto to paint and all products and never had an employee be a nasty cuss toward me before.

I suggest customer service retraining. I almost walked out if the other rep didn't apologize for him.
