Mavis Discount Tire - stem valve replacement

I visited Mavis discount tire on 11/21/19 to get a stem valve replacement. My appointment was scheduled for 5:15. They didn't even bring my car in until 6pm. I didn't leave there until after 7pm. I dealt with Manager Brian who told me that the stem valve could not be repaired and had to be replaced on the rear passenger tire. He charged me $92. When the work was done he told me to drive my vehicle f ou r about 30 miles and the light should go off. I told him that I know my vehicle and when there is an issue with TPMS once corrected the light will go immediately off without having to drive it 30 miles but I figured that I would give him the benefit of the doubt anyways so I drove it m ok re than 30 miles and the light never went off. I called Brian the next day to let him know that I've driven my vehicle for more than 30 miles and the light didn't go off just as I thought. He told me to bring it back in so he could put it on the machine and see what's going on. I told him that I hope the problem is corrected this time because I cant keep coming back and forth. When I brought my vehicle back there again on 11/22/19 around 2:30 I dealt with Manager Br iui an again. He pulled my car in and 15 mins later he says that sensor is registering slow he had to run a scan for about 15 minutes but the light is now off. I left the facility and drove my vehicle about 15-20 miles and the light comes back on. I called and spoke to Manager Brian informing him of this problem he started making excuses becoming very frustrated with me, raising h iui s voice and over talking me. I informed that I will be contacting customer service to file a complaint as well as getting a solution to this problem. I own a Mitsubishi Outlander and I previously had a stem valve replaced on a different tire by Mitsubishi Dealership and when the service was completed they returned my vehicle to me with the light off. They didn't tell me i had to drive it 30 miles for the light to go off nor did the light come back on after repairing it so for the light to be staying on and coming back is an indication that the job was not done correctly. I need them to either do th he job correctly or take the new stem valve out and refund me my $92 and I will go to Mitsubishi and I'm sure the problem will be resolved. I called the 800 c uh stoner service number and I am waiting for the regional manager Shaun Gallagher to contact me regarding this matter. My ticket # 422032. If I dont hear from Mr. Gallagher by Monday, I will follow up. I will contact the better business bureau if need be as well as take more action as needed. I will also be leaving reviews everywhere because this is not good business and I have brought my vehicle here to be serviced many times before. It will be a shame if I have to take my business else where. One thing is for sure is that your employees will not get away with changing me $92 and then not providing proper service.
