I went and told one of the men working there that I had a patched tire with a low pressure light on. I explained it was the second patch. The gentleman proceeded to try and sell me tires when I told him thank you but I will not purchase tires at that location and would either go through my long term mechanic who i was unable to get to that at that time or to my own respective dealer as I always do . The man proceeded to tell me sternly that another would be a risk and he would not whatsoever do it. I said well you haven't even assessed the tire and the patch may not even be leaking for all he knew. He stated he was going off what I said. And I stayed well that's not acceptable. I'm coming here stating I would like someone to look at my tire and confirm a leak or not . I would have paid for the service clearly but I was refused . You can't make an assumption or make a conclusion without researching how dare an employee REFUSE to service anyone . I have been a driver for 25years and many times have had repeated patches . How dare he be so rude and refuse service without even chucking it out properly or at all! I'm disgusted I will share it all over social media and with local residents . He was unfriendly and condescending Maybe I look young to him but I'm well into my 40s and not my first vehicle . Have respect for your customers ! Never refuse or turn people away and if The shop was busy then address it properly don't diss miss and refuse service ! DISGUSTING AND U professional. When you put my car on a lift and assess the patch then talk to me dont refuse me without even looking ! I will never go back again Such poor performance
