Unfortunately, I have TWO issues with Regus:
Account name: [protected]
1) Our company relocated from CA to MO in July 2020. There's a retainer balance of $1, 616 that we require to be refunded. Our Account Manager told us to get it done via Help Desk. The Help Desk directed us to their website. The issue is, there is NO button for "Request Retainer".
We filled in a spreadsheet with our account details (to manually apply for the refund) a couple of times. There is no response so far.
We have been waiting for this refund for literally more than one year.
2) We updated our card in the system before it expired. However, we still got a late fee (invoice [protected]). The Account Manager said it will be waived but again, still, nothing happens.
Desired outcome: Refund of the partial retainer of $1,616 and waive the late fee
Hi Sandra, I emailed you on Aug 9 about all the details. Please have a check.
Regarding the late payment fee, it should be waived though. Please see my email on Aug 9.

P.S. The latest spreadsheet with our bank account details was submitted on July 2, 2021. We checked all the information one by one with our bank while filling in the spreadsheet. The account information should be 100% correct.
