I have a direct debit going out of the bank for Regus, I have tried to cancel with the bank but Regus have disputed. I am unable to log into the account to cancel the account as the incorrect email address has been used and there is no one at Regus that you can talk to. I was told by sales I was wasting their time being on the phone as they have other sales calls to answer. So far I have lost over £1000 as this has been going on over a year. There is literally no one who will help and Regus are just taking this money. Appalling service
