She was very disrespectful and would not explain my things professionally. She said she would change 1 overdraft fee and would not change the others. She argued with me when I was trying to explain it to her and hung up on me before I was done communicating. I WILL never deal with her again and am thinking about changing banks because of her and this is the 2nd time I have had issues with her.
