Tim Hortons - $4.00 change not returned at drive through

Good Morning,

I went to your Oak Park store located 22211 Coolidge Hwy drive thru where I ordered a Med coffee with 2 and 2 and 3 shots of caramel and a bagel w/ cream cheese.

I gave the cashier my rewards card and a $5.00 gift card. She gave me my coffee and I had a $1.60 remaining balance due. So I gave her a $5 bill and the change. She gave me both cards back and I told her that I did not need the gift card just the rewards card. She said I don't know which one it is. So I only pulled the rewards card from her hand which the gift card fell to the ground.

I was side tracked and drove off. I went to look at my bagel and realized she didn't give me my $4.01.

So I called [protected] and explained the situation and was told the cashier said she gave me my change and nothing she can do until after she counts her drawer. I told Chris I was not given my change and she hung up. I repeatedly called yesterday and the phone just rang or someone picked up the phone and kept hanging up.

The service there was very rude and disrespectful.

That was my first and last time attending that store. I only stopped there as my Dad had a Dr. Appt at the Hospital near by.

I decided to contact you instead of the store again due to the lack of respect and customer service.
