Date of incident: 11-5-15 Customer ID: [protected] Problem: Tires all under-inflated by 5psi after tire rotation, so-called examination of tread wear and pressure adjustment. The manufacturer sticker on driver's door states tire pressure to be 35psi. I'd brought my car to the local Mr. Tire location (only 1.4 miles from my house), cold. Two mornings later I checked tire pressure and it measured only 30psi in each tire. Ambient temperature was the same as when I'd brought the car in for tire rotation. This is not the first time this has happened. Your customers should not have to check on the integrity of your mechanic's work! Requested action: Disciplinary action against the mechanic who provided faulty work. Since the tire rotation was free (included in purchase price of the tires), a refund is not relevant. Requested: complimentary oil change as compensation for my lost time (I'll need to return to Mr. Tire to have the pressure adjusted). I request that the oil change credit be valid for at least 6 months as I've just had it changed.
