My Dad recently passed away. When going to find the bus station in Wichita, KS where he used to work, I was told there is no longer an office there and was told to call another bus station. I simply wanted to ask someone in management if they could verify his years of service so that I could put it in his obituary and perhaps memorialize him, referencing his year of service and safety record. No one seemed to know who to call, and I was told to go to another bus station.
This is unacceptable. Bus stations do not handle personnel matters. There is no information on the website to help customers regarding these matters and I'm not providing information to people who can't answer my question or who are incompetent and do not know who to refer you to. This is a disservice to your organization and Greyhound should be embarrassed. Never refer customers to a bus station to answer personnel related questions. I'm disappointed in Greyhound and I wouldn't refer anyone to them; as, they can't seem to understand simple customer service etiquette.
Desired outcome: I need a number of someone who can answer my questions specifically regarding how many years of service my dad actually had what to do if any regarding his pension that was being sent to him.
