I put in the delivery instructions to please not knock. I even gave some information about why. My elderly mother had just gotten to sleep. She has dementia and doesn't sleep well, which means I don't sleep well. She had finally gotten to sleep after being up for almost 24 hours.
Instructions read: please don't knock, my elderly mother has finally gotten to sleep. Thanks!
He knocked, and loudly. She woke up to his knock and she's not going back to sleep!

So I contacted the chat service but they only said that they will let someone know. Had basically no interest in this at all.
Desired outcome: Randy doesn't deserve his tip. I want it back. For that matter, by the time I got my mother settled enough to even think about eating it was cold and rather unappetizing, so the entire order refunded wouldn't be inappropriate in my eyes.
GrubHub - Extra fee on company's non-black customers
The incident is Grubhub's new policy to put extra fee of $5 on their non-black customers selected by their newly invented algorithm to support BLM movement. I noticed that while ordering pizza during the checkout and confirmed after contacting the Grubhub. And without any doubts I will not use the services of a company that puts illegal fees on its customers without any notice. Nothing to add but some screenshots as proof of Grubhub's unfair actions.
