We purchased a couch for delivery january 2021. After countless reach outs to ashley furniture we found out our couch was on "manufacturer's delay"... This means we have no idea when we will receive our couch (we were told it could be up to 6 months). We would like a full refund before they even bother to deliver the couch. Furthermore, after reading their "policies" online, they share they will not charge us until the item is shipped or delivered and neither of those things have happened and we were fully charged. We need to be refunded asap. Thank you
