I have been a customer for years and have not satisfied with the service. First….they never, never, never answer their phones so I always have to go in person and this past year I have been dealing with cancer so this has been a real burden for me. When I complain about them not answering the phone they tell me they have not have enough employees for the past few years and I need to complain to corporate. Second…I go to pick up my 90 day prescription and they only have a 30 day so I leave it there and go home and call my doctor office. The nurse calls and corrects prescription to 90 days and a week later I am out of pills but no update from CVS. So since they do not answer phone so I make another trip and they claim they never heard from my doctors office. So I go home again without prescription and call my doctor again and the nurse tells me she called CVS 5 days ago and corrected the dosage to 90 days so she did her job. So guess what…..another trip to CVS. I am now starting to hate this store and I am not the only customer dealing with these problems. While waiting in line we all talk about the horrible service. Please help!
Desired outcome: Improve service, more employees and answer the darn phone!
