Geek Squad - Customer service

On June 19, 2021 I brought my laptop into Geek squad to be repaired. The person taking my laptop in refused to listen to anything I said and sold me a warranty I didnt want. I knew leaving there my laptop would not be fixed correctly. She also screwed up the email address connected to the account so I couldnt set up another appointment. When I picked up the computer it was not fixed. I had just put a virus protection program on my laptop but was sold a new one with this warranty that I also didnt need or want. The person, returning my laptop, took the time to go over everything they did and took the time to address what was really wrong and then corrected it. I left feeling like someone there cared about their job. I work in another state and 3 weeks into the job my computer started acting up. I decided to run the virus program and there wasnt one! Not only was mine removed but the one I paid for wasnt on there either. I took it to the closest Best Buy and the manager added the program. Upon returning to Florida, I took the laptop back to best buy to have it scanned for viruses and to correct another issue. Easy fix. I was called to come pick it up and was not able to come that day and the person I spoke to said no problem. I went the next day. I was handed my computer and no one showed me if the issue was corrected so I booted up the computer and was told by the person behind the counter that I was not allowed to do that there. I asked well where can I check it? I want to make sure the issue is correct before leaving. He stated that the computer was fixed and I had to leave. After all the issues I have had with the geek squad, I was not leaving until I checked it. He gave me a nasty look and I asked to speak to the manager if he was going to have an attitude. While he was gone I check the laptop which took less than 60 seconds. It took longer for the manager to show up who also had an attitude. I explained to him that it took less than 60 seconds to check what was the issue? He said this is for customers that have an appointment. I said the last time I was here the tech went over the work with me why is that an issue now? No one was waiting. The person ahead of me was being taken care of and I was not holding anyone up and it took all of 60 seconds to check. He said well you got lucky the last time. You need to have an appointment. I explained that given the issues I have had dealing with your company, I cant make an appointment because this plan is not connect to any information I gave them at the time of the purchase. He says well I dont know what to tell you... REALLY? I asked for the phone number to corporate which he gave me as 800-Bestbuy. Good luck getting through to any number connected to Geek Squad. I am not even sure if this is the correct spot to contact you about your poor service and even worse customer service. I will be sharing this experience with EVERYONE. Your company used to be fairly reputable. What happened?

Desired outcome: At the very least customer service training And new staff. About the only 2 worth keeping are the Person that fixed my laptop and the manager in Huntsville
