I am extremely unhappy with the pharmacy department. I just switched Pharmacy's last month because CVS offers delivery options and is closer to my house. However, one of my prescriptions was on back order from the manufacture, yet the Pharmacy staff was advising me to try other CVS's. I asked since it's with the same company could they call and find out before having me spending my day driving to individual CVS's? They advised no, the only way is to go there myself. In addition to me having my Dr. writing a new prescription. They have had my order a week and half, one of the Pharmacist even told me it's on his order list to come in first thing Monday as the weekend delay's delivery (which I was perfectly fine with). My only issue is why not just tell me it's on back order instead of try this CVS or this other CVS. I find that extremely unprofessional and a complete waist of time to be told "Try this one they should have it in stock".
I understand the rules and regulations completely and have no issues with anyone following policies and procedures, but I fine myself feeling taken advantage of by the pharmacy staff at multiple CVS's. This my first time ever experience anything like this and I would simply like the fact known so someone else is lead on a wild goose chase for absolutely no reason. I hope this helps your company do better.

CVS has the worst customer service I've ever experienced in a drugstore. I went in to purchase glucose test strips which were locked up. When I went to the counter to ask for help, the cashier gave me the nastiest, rudess look like I was running her day. She even got a bit snippy. I got them and decided to never go in that store again.
