Exploria Resorts - Inability to afford the yearly fees due to numerous health bills, medications, and non use of the timeshare due to health and extra money.

Since Covid started, myself and my daughter have and are paying on medical bills and my health has declined. She is a one income household and I live off of Social Security. Exploria Resorts - Timeshare

Dear Complaints Board,

I am writing to file a complaint against Exploria and their sales representatives for the way they have treated my family and me. We were presented with an opportunity to become owners at a resort in Orlando, but the experience was far from what we were promised.

During the long and tiring meeting, we were told that we would be able to use the resort anytime we wanted, but this was not the case. Additionally, the sales representatives made us feel like they were our best friends, only to leave us feeling disappointed and frustrated.

The issues we are facing now are even more devastating. My husband is on dialysis and has CHF, which means that we are unable to travel anymore. This renders the resort ownership useless to us and our children do not want it either.

To make matters worse, the meeting that was supposed to last for only 90 minutes ended up taking up 2 to 3 hours of our time. We will not go through such an experience again.

This treatment is unacceptable, and we demand full compensation for the deceitful promises and misrepresentation of facts. We urge you to take appropriate action and ensure that other families do not suffer at the hands of Exploria and their sales representatives.

We are writing this complaint with assertiveness, passion, and confrontational tone of voice, as we feel strongly about the mistreatment we have received. We hope that our complaints board will act swiftly on this matter.

Exploria Resorts - this company take people's money without remorse

I am paying for something that I have never used. When I called Exploria Vacation people I asked what I was paying for, their response was That I am paying for a website which cost 2700 hundred dollars. I asked WHY Am I paying for a website to book my vacations?
I have told them for a website I can use any from the website for free and I do not pay for it. I also told them that I was part of Sears Vacation and I don't pay for their website!
I complained to them and It didn't go anywhere.
I want them to stop charging my credit card.
STOP CHARGING my credit card for a service that it is not giving me anything!
WEBSITE services are FREE
I want my money back.
The way you guys contacted me It was thru a phone call SAYING I have won a 3 days in Orlando FL
When I got to the resort in Orlando, this place was dirty and smelled. I couldn't stay in that place and went to stay to another place outside of this resort.
The next day I had to go to their presentation because they say I would have to pay them 300 dollars if I wouldn't show up. When I got there They said It would take 90 minutes!. I was there for more than 4 hours and still would not let me go until I have purchased something.
When I got home I read the details and called them that I want to cancel, they responded after 10 days . when they contacted me they said that I was a day late that they couldn't do anything.
That I call FRAUD
