I have purchased these k cups for 2 years and love the taste and the pricing of 100 k-cups for around $36. I've had trouble with my Keurig and called them. We went through all the steps required for maintenance that I always perform, however, it drips slowly and not totally in a cup; the cup may only fill 1/3 and you have to run it through 3 times. The service rep asked what kind of k-cups was I using and I told him Kirkland. He said that is the problem, try switching to a Keurig approved K-cup. He said I could also cut open the k-cups and pour the contents into the Keurig filter, where you can use your own coffee. I did but it was such an inconvenience. So, I just bought the Keurig 550 at Costco. The new Keurig models take over 350 types of K-cups but the Kirklands K-cup is not one of them. I believe I have a recommendation. Re-engineer the Kirkland K-cups; there is too much coffee in the k-cup and it is extremely course and dense which jams the Keurigs. I love the taste and I love the value. I now will only purchase k-cups with the Keurig approval label. You need to get the approval on the box. Thanks for listening. COSTCO is first rate in all its products and I hope this helps.
I love Kirkland brand k cup coffee. Took me about a year to figure out the problem with my Kureig is the kurkland brand k cup. I've descaled buying Kureigs cleaning solution, using white vinegar, using a needle, calling the company and finally tried a different brand KC up which has less grounds in each cup. Very aggravating when I just want a good tasting cup of coffee
