I went to my local CVS on Saturday February 20th to pick up my daughter's prescription. A staff by the name of Jocelyn brought the medication and said it would be $10. I advised her that my daughter has met her out of pocket max for the year on January 26, 2021 and there should be no copay. She said that's what it is and she was not going to do anything further. I asked her to run it again and she said the computer said already that we owe $10. She would not run the insurance again, said to pay $10 or go talk to my insurance on Monday and walked off. Never have we received such bad treatment over running the insurance again. All the other pharmacists have been really nice, never had a problem before. They always took the time to look into our questions. But this person Jocelyn was extremely rude, did not want to help at all, did not want to run the insurance again. Because of her we are ready to switch all our prescriptions to a different company. Very disgusted at the treatment received.
